In brief: Rosa's uses the details you choose to share to answer your cleaning inquiry, arrange service, and operate this website. Rosa's does not sell quote-request information.
01 · Collection
Information we handle
When you request a follow-up or quote through the site, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, city or ZIP code, selected cleaning service, and notes about the space or cleaning service you are considering. If you call, text, or email directly, Rosa's receives the information you include in that communication.
The hosting platform may also generate ordinary technical records such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referring page, and request time. These records help deliver and protect the site. This site does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information for targeted advertising.
02 · Purpose
How information is used
- Respond to questions and quote requests, including a single automatic acknowledgment when you choose email follow-up.
- Discuss availability, scope, timing, and cleaning preferences.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Keep records reasonably needed for customer service and business obligations.
Submitting a request is not a service agreement. Rosa's may follow up using the contact method you select. Standard carrier or internet-provider charges may apply to calls, texts, or email. An automatic acknowledgment does not confirm a booking or enroll you in a marketing email sequence.
03 · Processing
Service providers
Rosa's uses service providers to run the website and deliver quote requests. These currently include Netlify for site hosting and serverless processing, and Resend for delivering quote notifications and customer acknowledgments. Those companies process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the site, or address fraud or misuse.
Pages also request typefaces from Google Fonts. That request can send ordinary connection details, such as an IP address and browser information, to Google.
Rosa's does not publish the contact details or service notes submitted through the quote form.
04 · Google Maps
Google Maps content
The homepage may display a live Google Maps rating summary, and the testimonials page may display Google Maps place and review content supplied through the Google Places service, including ratings, reviewer attribution, review text, and links back to Google Maps. Google determines which reviews are returned and how they are ordered. Rosa's does not edit that Google-supplied content.
Loading Google content may cause your browser or this site's server to connect with Google, including when a Google-hosted reviewer image is displayed or you follow a Google Maps link. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Use of Google Maps features and content is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (opens in a new tab).
05 · Control
Retention and your choices
To understand which contact options work, the site counts quote-form opens, successful sends, call/text/email link clicks, and technical failures. These first-party records contain only the event category, page path, date, and, when applicable, a contact-method or error category. They do not contain form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, query strings, or a visitor identifier. No analytics cookies are used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. Event records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
A quote-form draft stays in the current page’s memory while you switch options or close the form. It is cleared after a successful send or when the page is reloaded. Email-delivery monitoring separately keeps message identifiers, delivery status, and event time for up to 90 days; it does not copy your message contents into the analytics records.
If you choose email follow-up, the website may temporarily keep your email address and fixed email settings in a private queue so an acknowledgment can be retried if delivery processing is interrupted. The queue does not contain your name, phone number, city, selected service, or notes. Recipient data is removed once the email provider accepts the acknowledgment, or after the request expires at 23 hours. A cleanup job runs every 10 minutes during normal operation; outages can delay removal. A separate completion record keeps only a submission reference, status, time, and, when available, a message identifier. It contains no email addresses or message contents and is scheduled for removal after 90 days.
Rosa's keeps quote-request and customer-service information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, normal business records, dispute prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the inquiry and whether service is arranged.
You may ask what contact information Rosa's has from your website inquiry, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted. Some information may need to be kept when required by law or for legitimate business records. You can also choose to call, text, or email instead of using the online request form.
This general-audience site is not directed to children under 13, and Rosa's does not knowingly ask children to submit quote requests.
